Ma Mere Return & Exchange Policy
We unconditionally guarantee all products sold to be free from defective workmanship, unless otherwise stated.
If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, you may return the product in accordance with our Exchange and Return Policy. Products that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or refund. Products must be returned unworn, with tags and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items.
All postage and freight charges for exchanges or refunds are covered by you, unless the product is deemed to be damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to return any returned product if, in our opinion, the product has been mistreated, abused, dry-cleaned, washed or soiled in any way.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will happily exchange the product where possible to another product or size. If the product cannot be exchanged with a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund.
When returning any product, please contact us explaining why you wish to return the product and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Also include a current daytime telephone number and address.
You will then be issued with an exchange or return authorisation number, which should be included on the Exchange and Return Form received with your original purchase. If you wish to exchange an item and there is a discrepancy in price, your credit card will be charged or credited the difference. The exchange and/or refund of a product is subject to the applicable health laws in Australia. For purchases shipped to an address within Australia, please ensure we receive your products within 30 days of our original shipping date with a completed Exchange and Return form.
For purchases shipped outside of Australia, please ensure we receive your products within 60 days of our original shipping date with a completed Exchange and Return form. Please not that we cannot take responsibility for your selected method of returning the products and cannot exchange or refund products that we do not receive within the stated time frames.
